I see people predicting Xbox ONE, but what about 3DS & PS Vita.

Mario Kart Wii sold 33 million, so I'm curious to see what Mario Kart Wii U does.

I guess for 3DS I predict around 60 million by year's end.

PS Vita I guess 10 million to 12 million.

Ill get around to Xbox ONE later.

And I will predic PS4 & Wii U as late as September, but most likely during this month of June.

The Nintendo 3DS & 3DS XL will get their first price cut after 3 1/2 years. $149 3DS XL & $129 to $99 3DS.

Where the heck would the 3DS sell 17 million units in the next 6 months???

Too early to tell what will happen to the Wii U at this point but I'll stick to 4-4.5 million for now. PS4 I can see doing 12 million+.

Xbone and WiiU will be close with WiiU still ahead.

PS4 will have definitely lead of 3m to 6m.

I want to wait for E3 to see what is releasing this year for any actual numbers.

The PS3's sales were never really atrocious. Sure by comparison to let's say the PS2 they were, but during its first few years the 360 and PS3 were pretty much constantly pecking at each others heals. The PS3 did gain extra traction later on, but it was never doing that badly in the first place (compared to the 360).

I do agree the X1 can still pull ahead of the PS4, but the X1 is in a worse situation compared to the PS4 than the PS3 was to the 360.

Well, if any company can make an amazing turnaround it would be Nintendo.

I don't think it will outsell the PS4, but I think at the end of this year, the doomsayers will be more focused on the Xbone. The Wii U will most likely be in a far more comfortable place, and Xbone sales will continue to drop little by little weekly, only spiking when some big titles come out, and only enough to remind people Sony is running out of clean boots to stomp on the bloody mush that was their dreams of being the console of the generation.

Nintendo reversed its fortunes after slumps in the Game Boy,DS, and 3DS. They did so by good marketing and churning out quality games. The same things that lead to a giant boost in last week's Wii U numbers. They just need to keep it up and keep the good will coming.

Seriously, look at the existing Wii U library. It's actually pretty damn great. If I were Nintendo: More deals like the current one, keep pumping out those Mario Kart Bundles, ride the free meme exposure, steal the show at E3 with Zelda U and Metroid Prime reveals, then draw attention to the best lineup of games coming in 2014.

If Nintendo can show they can sell more units, third parties will come back and put more effort into developing for them, especially if it's outselling Xbone.
