I think if an item is disconinued then  its ok. I think if a company isn't making money of something anymore and it was discontinued how does that affect the company. Now if they are still making or losing a profit and the item isn't discontinued I think its wrong and it does affect the money it makes drastically. What is you opinion?

I feel the same way.

Well if the game is dead and is no longer being sold I see no reason we shouldn't be aloud to download it, they're making no money off it anymore, and if anything, some people may be getting introduced to the franchise that way and perhaps buy a next gen version/sequal of the game.

I am all for pirating movies and music. Why? Because these so called artists are grossly overpaid, so movie and music studios should pay them less and make music and movies cheaper. Video games on the other hand i do not agree with pirating.

Pirates should be hung, no questions asked.

I buy pretty much games and I go to the cinema about once per week, that's my contribution to the poor entertainment business :)

I have to admit I do use emulators and roms but only for consoles where the games are hard to find and are expensive when found nes genesis and old pc games(from the late90s early 2000s) are a few things I pirate. Everything else I don't.
