None of the above. Of American cities perhaps Washington DC/Baltimore/Atlantic City or Atlanta and surrounding deep south, but I would prefer a European city or cities.

Also, the San Francisco Bay Area is actually one of the larger metro areas in the US and much bigger than Vegas.

Maybe Houston. They seem to be doing the bigger cities in the USA.

They already did New York and Los Angeles, Watch Dogs did Chicago, leaving Houston next in line.

Somewhere that hasn't had a GTA game already set in it. I'd like somewhere like London or something. New York and Los Angeles have been done to death. If they stick with the United States, then go back to Vice City (aka Miami)

Somewhere in Texas, Rio, maybe Pheonix. If it is a new place it has to have water, skyscrapper/tall buildings/known landmarks, and gun laws that aren't stict like they are in Australia & England. I know Arizona is a desert I lived there.
