Yeah me too and alot of interesting buildings were used for nothing in V. From the top of my head there was a prison in the desert, a race track and a casino among others which are there in either los santos or bone county but were used for nothing. Shame really because i want another prison break in GTA. The one in the lost and damned was amazing. Maybe we will get some single player DLC for V soon

An European city would be cool, probably would have a lot more atmosphere aswell, Paris is huge for example. Though they probably want the characters to speak English. Maybe London?

I'd love the next GTA to be set in a non US city, but realistically, that isn't happening. - Though, if I had to pick a city, I would want it to be set in Rio de Janeiro.
I'm thinking Detroit (Carcer City), or Chicago.
