Uncharted trumps Halo.

It's a bit silly comparing Uncharted to Halo. As an exploring game, Uncharted trumps Halo, as a shooter, Halo trumps Uncharted. In terms of how large the franchise is, Halo is bigger then Uncharted. In terms of developper, ND is a studio with more credentials then 343 (even though 343 has done a marvelous job with Halo 4)

2: They're different games and will have different reveals. Say for example Halo has a trailer + live gameplay premiere while Uncharted is just a trailer. Halo's going to have a much bigger impact on the conference.

Well Halo is much bigger in US, rest of the world uncharted and Halo are about the same. but given how much of an respect ND has earned because The Last of US and also now PS4 sales and install base i believe Uncharted 4 will sell more. I remember the excitement Halo 3 had as it was first halo game in next gen HD era... this time around its first time Uncharted making the leap.. people cant wait to see what it looks like on PS4, as everyone know ND are sorcerers of graphics.

both games will appeal to the same "gamer space" within each "side"
so i think it'll be up to the other games

unless, of course, one of the "reveals" (of either Halo or U4) turns out a disaster or incredibly underwhelming, for whatever reason

Halo is the sole reason Xbox even exists as a powerful brand in gaming today, and no Sony exclusive has similar claims. Halo is a far more important game than Uncharted

Depends on the trailer I guess, though I personally care much more about Uncharted than Halo.
