PS4 version of Watch Dogs should be the best selling one. The amount of advertising I've seen for it is really astounding.

It deserves those sales numbers, the game is very fun and filled with content. I am very glad it will generate big profits, because it shows those AAA publishers that it pays to gamble on a new IP, when it's done well.
And I believe most people that bought it are enjoying the game right now, and most people that are putting the game down are actually just bitter because it's a success, with many of them probably haven't even played the game, but just watched a few you tube glitch videos...

Yeah, it also had over 100,000 copies pirated.

C'mon now, don't crash my dreams so early. I and approximately 437 other Wii U owners would be very pleased, if we got the game.

It's been proven time after time that user meta is completely useless. Some incredible games have very low user metas for a number of reasons. They are as unreliable as it gets. I just checked Gamespot and the user score is 7.6. Of course you're not alone and many people didn't like it just like any other game. For every person who didn't like it there is another or more who liked or even loved it. I've seen tons of posts on 9gag from little gems from the game. And the comments suggest that many people are loving it.

Also saying "we thought we would get something revolutionary and we didnt" is wrong in my book because you can't speak for other gamers or for the majority. What you don't revolutionary, others do. I haven't played the game, but even from the 9gag posts alone, it seems like a breath of fresh air to me. 

Edit: I also read posts about uplay crushing. That would explain people giving it a terrible score on metacritic regardless of how good the actual game is. Just a theory though.
