I'm beginning to think that Mourinho is more of an impact manager then a long term one, he seems to do well when he first takes over but in the long run his approach seems to cool down and teams figure him out. Chelsea did well for a while initially in his first spell because the influx of billionaires and massive cash wasn't as common which extended his normal impact period.
