It wasn't the best game ever, but there was something very fun about trying to take photos of Pokemon in my honest opinion! I think it's worth a try!

There's probably some miscommunication going on between Nintendo and GameFreak. Maybe GameFreak is really protective about Pokemon. It just goes to show who really controls the Pokemon IP.

Gen 1 and 2 can trade together. 3 and onwards can trade, I think some of the older ones need to go through the older games first though rather than trading directly with the newest ones.

So gens 1 and 2 are cut off from 3 onwards?

And the rest can only trade with a generation above or below?
