I love R@D they made my 3 favorite PSP games, but this one just looks boring :|

Hope that the story, atmosphere, presentation and maybe later on variety compensate for the dull gameplay.

Can't really judge it from 3 minutes segment of the game. I think this is a continuation from the last video; Kind of like an easy tutorial for when you the pick thermite rifle (which the knights find in the rebels base, in the previous feature).

Still, I'm pretty conflicted about this game. The steampunk setting and weapons do look fairly interesting, but the way they presented it leaves a lot to be desired.

Why is this game gray?

Not being grey for a game in the victorian London would be strange.

Victorian London with laser guns and magical medicines. Never forget those details my friend!!

Really bad quality.

That said it still looks beautiful. The gameplay segment is a little disconcerting however. It has what looks like waves of repetitive cannon fodder enemies, who stupidly run out in plain sight and shoot at you with terrible accuracy. It was good to see the gameplay break up a bit, as you carry one of them into the building, but I'd have fears that overall it's going to be a bit mundane.

We still haven't seen gameplay involving the creatures, and I'd hope they can create a bit of a scary-horror atmosphere when they arrive, which could provide enough of a contrast to make this game quite interesting.

So, I have some qualms, but I'm cautiously optimistic that RAD can deliver.

But doesn't almost every shooter have a couple sequences like that? And I'm sure this demo is played on the lowest difficulty.

We're supposed to get previews on tuesday and they are apparently "absolutely incredible", so I guess we should at least wait until then.

I remember playing this when it was called "Gears of war". Looks pretty though.

I also love their PSP games. What I don't understand is how could you could doubt their abilities as a developer after playing their games? Let's look at the final product.

Because jumping from the PSP to the PS4 needs lots of extra work. I hope it will be good :) I really do. The guys and gals are tallented and they have a real passion of gaming

Same here. Tech wise there is no denying, that thus far this is the most impressive game I have seen this gen. The setting and idea behind it is awesome and it has tons of potential.

But it simply doesnt click with me :| I dont know why, they just didnt show off anything unseen before gameplay wise :|

The tools to make those weapons exist in those times, it just that no one thought of it. That laser gun looks like it shoots electricity to me.
