Forums - Nintendo - 2 Questions for a Super Mario Galaxy 1+2 HD Remake for WiiU....

It's an alright idea, but I wouldn't buy it for $50-60. Maybe for $30 or so. This is because I already own & have beaten Galaxy 1, so in my mind I'm only buying one game.

Prime Trilogy HD, though. Yum.

Naw, gimme Xenoblade HD

I can see two out of these four GameCube games given the Wind Waker HD treatment - Eternal Darkness, Paper Mario Thousand Year Door, Wave Race or F-Zero GX - during the next 6 months and then the following two during the next 6 months.

We won't see Sunshine or Melee because they would be too close to Super Mario 3D World and SSBU.

You can already play Galaxy 1/2 on the Wii U with backwards compatibility.

Those are two of my favorite games, yes.

I dont see that it is needed. They are fairly new games, and concentration should be put on revival of older IP's like F-Zero or starfox

Current Game Machines: 3DS, Wii U, PC.

Currently Playing: X-Com(PC), Smash Bros(WiiU), Banner Saga(PC), Guild Wars 2(PC), Project X Zone(3DS), Luigis Mansion 2(3DS), DayZ(PC)

It would be nice, but too early they are games from previous console, but we could see more more GC or N64 HD games.

Dont expect any Wii HD game remake for Wii U, maybe for next console, plus Wii U can run Wii games.

I am not sure about Mario Galaxy 1+2, but I would gladly buy a HD collection with all the 3D Mario games that also has new content!

i hope nintendo never listen you. Wii u has so much potential for nintendo franchise's sequels (mario kart 8 and SSB) and you are here hoping for HD remakes. Never played? Buy the wii game and put on the wii u, that is how BC work. Want to play in HD? Wait. When you're done waiting maybe you'll find the game really cheap. TLoZWW was fine but let just stay with that
