Who said it's getting ported?

It'll definitely be to the Vita if anything. The majority of that audience is in Japan, and the PS4 is a flop there.

A system with no system-sellers should continue to not have system-sellers.

It most certainly be playable on the PS4, one way or the other. A "Golden" or "Platinum" version for the Vita would be expected but I don't know how would they be able to port a game that was developed with PS3 in mind. But maybe they'll manage with enough effort or the game won't be very demanding.



So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

You think Sega cares about that? They're going to support the system what will get them the most sales. That's not the PS4. It's the PS3 and if anything else, the Vita.

Sega is letting Atlus do whatever they want. If the Persona Audience wasn't significant in the west than the series would be exclusive to the east. So the Audience is international not just Japanese. Not to mention it would face less competition from JRPGs on the PS4 then the Vita. Just because the PS4 sales arent extrordinary in the 4 months its been avaliable in Japan doesn't mean the console is a flop there. Not to mention the Vita isn't selling gangbusters in Japan either and its been out much longer than the PS4.

EDIT: Sega also released Yakuza Ishin for both PS3 and PS4, if we are talking about Sega deciding how the game is ported, this is stronger evidence of it being on the PS4 if not the Vita or a multiplat.

I'd rather have a PS4 version. Maybe they'll just make it for PS3, Vita, and PS4.
