lol, nice one. It just looks so horrible to me :(

Some of the eShop games in here actually look quite good though, art style can sometimes beat more pixels.

Part of the reason is that the Wii U version of MH3U retains many extemely low resolution textures and effects from the 3DS version, which were designed for a 240x400 screen. Blown up on a HDTV in glorious 1080p, they sting. 

Hell, I'd go so far as to say the Wii version of Monster Hunter 3 looks better than the Wii U one, it at least has better water effects and weapon/gear.

Okay, these two are just terrible. Looks like the devs of Percy's Predicament didn't know how to properly use the lighting engine.

There is plenty worse than Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. That game is just an re-res port of the 3DS title with online functionality

Nothing's wrong with the textures in that shot, it's just an example of the horrible shadows COD in known for.

The Wii U version did launch with some texture loading bugs that saw N64 level textures popping up on characters, but yes, thankfully that was patched in December. Still, it's hardly a looker. Black Ops II on Wii U looks waaay better.

No, look at the blurry weapon...

BO2 Wii U MP had horrible shadows, too. On Hijacked for example. But yes, the shadow resulution was ok in the SP.

I sold my CoD Wii U games. Playing with the Wiimote is fun, but the games are broken, especially Ghosts.
