I thought this thread was about the WiiU? Like how you are twisting the discussion with jabs against a system which has nothing to do with the discussion on hand.

The WiiU has no chance of being #1 and its looking pretty grim for even the 2nd place. The fact that its competitors managed to sell as much as they did in a matter of 6-7 months compared to the WiiU's 1 and half year life cycle is proof of that. It wont be long before the Xbox One overtakes the WiiU and this is coming from a huge Nintendo fan.


I don't think the XOne will overtake the Wii U.  I haven't heard one game doing 1080p on the XOne.  With E3 coming and the world watching, Nintendo is going to show off.  Nothing has a better line up of exclusives. Mario Kart 8 is about to launch, what do the XOne have?

That's besides the million + lead.

Wii U has 2 serious problems : a) The majority of their games are action/platform

                                                        b) the price is still too high for a console that has four times lower performance than PS4

I bought a Wii U last week, but only for the reason i bought it used for 200 euros. (Waiting for Bayonetta 2 & X )

The Xbox One just got a price cut (will occur in June but still) - the sales are gonna come in a lot more than it was in the past few months.

So you think the lack of 1080p is the reason why Xbox Ones arent selling as much as the PS4?

Can you please explain why the WiiU is selling at a slower rate than the PS4 AND the Xbox One then?

You also speak of E3 - do you really think Nintendo's competitors wont show anything at E3? Iwata, is that you?


It's simple, most waited to see what the other consoles would do when it came to the Wii U.  XOne & PS4 are almost new so of course it's going to put some numbers in. The decline is starting to happen now.  PS4 hardware dropped in Japan already.  XOne has nothing on Japan and its numbers is dropping in Europe fast.

That's where you are wrong.  If the PS4 is four times the Wii U, it should be doing 1080p & 60 fps in all games.  At least you brought a Wii U.  For not one reason, I'm never buying a Playstation 4.

Bullshit! the level of graphics PS4/Xone have to handle is far superior than WiiU's.The difference is that nintendo uses "cartoonish" style to hide the graphical limitations of their console.(everything looks good with cartonish shaders/textures!)
