Agreed and it makes Nintendo look really bad IMO. Both franchises have been running for 10 and 20 years now and were sure to get an installment way before the Wii-U was even released. If that's really all you can muster inthe second year of your system that's.... i don't even have any words for it. You would think if they release a system with a tablet controller they would have atleast a few good ideas to use it in games, or new IP's.

3.6 Million is going to be a struggle, Its going to see worse than last year. I think the true figure will be about 2 million. The Xbox one just got a $100 pricecut which is not going to help the Wii U

OT: 3.6m is still a rise year over year, they may think it's conservative but then they though 9m last year was entirely fesible. And they've not got a Wii forecast correct in well over 4/5 years.

Im expecting mario kart 8 and smash bros. to be big system sellers I also believe MK8 can move more than 1 million consoles before christmas and thats just USA and EU each and dont forget Japan(weird market) but its also possible if done right..and theres one more thing nintedno figurines that alone if done correctly should explode and more games hopefully system seller to come at E3.

6 million in one year would be double or more than double of what it did this past year. I don't think you realize the level of sales that the Wii U is currently doing. No one game is boost hardware that much.

I know sales are terrible but im not saying one game but multiple games hopefully will drive sales and its the really big ones. as far as I know MK8,SMB these two titels are the only nintendo IPs that actually sell consoles and not a 3D mario game nor Zelda.
