Sony knows that they have to launch this game someway, somehow.

That's probably wrong too since he apparently doesn't know how to evaluate games.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Yup. Just watch how TLG turns into another Duke Nukem Forever!

Oh, I thought you were being sarcastic calling those preorder numbers a flop. It should definitely get around 1m US preorders by the time it comes out, if not more, and games always sell more FW than the number of preorders. Would you really consider something like 1.5m sales first week (just in US) for a new IP a flop?

I have no idea where your getting any of this, almost everything we have seen from FFXV has been in an open space, the scale of this game is amazing. Where have you seen loading times in any of the trailers? What crappy animations are you talking about they all look fluent and satisfying? Everything else is completely made up, we barely have any dialogue from the game, we don't know anything about the storytelling and idk what no sensation means or ill at ease kind of cutscene...

You do realise FFXV isn't turn based right...it has faster paced combat than most western RPGs you can name.

Sony is not bringing the game still becasue they feel the game is not shaping up well so they decided to hold the project and focus on others. Its us who expects that game to be great and will get disappointed when it releases. We should be excited but not expect great things unless developers said the game will be great and expect this from us (but sony says not to expect great things from us from this game by delaying the game but still we keep high expectations from that which is gamers fault not the developers).
So, Feel Emotions, Experience Adventure/Action, Challenge Game, Solve puzzles and Have fun.
PlayStation is about all-round "New experiences" using new IP's to provide great diversity for everyone.
Xbox is always about Online and Shooting.
Nintendo is always about Fun games and milking IP's.
Sony knows that Last guardian is not going to sell well if it released because the game is not shaping up well in implementation which can be understood from their delays, but still everyone expect great things from this game even though sony said dont expect. Its best not to develop that game if its a financial risk and will fail mostly, thats what the sony is doing now with that game (waiting for proper ideas and resources needed to try that again in future) and the recent Santa monica cancelled game. These days only game that can succeed is FPS and multiplayer oriented games which focus on fun rather story telling and experience about the game world.

I think this is the sixth time that Final Fantasy died. "FFXIII will make sure people won't come back", and yet there are a lot of players on FFXIV, despite the catastrophe that was the 1.0 version. Oh, internet. When will you make sense? I laughed at Titanfall being a flop, though. Good one!
Also, people should stop thinking that FFXIII is unanimously considered a horrible game. Out of 5-7 million people, I'm gonna guess at least 1 million enjoyed the game and will come back for XV.
