You're a couple months later kitler:

Also, the point of bumping this thread was to show how people are defending Sony's mistake here exactly like they did in this thread a couple months ago.

Sry, not so sry, that its rustling a few jimmies, but the truth hurts.

Also I pose the same question as to you as I did Imagine:

Is being misleading good for the consumer? Is it beneficial to them? It has to affect the consumer someway because that information influences how they buy things.

So if I've got this straight someone asks a drive club rep about the terms and conditions of the ps+ upgrade and then instead of verifying it with Sony themselves , makes an issue out of it.
Then it is corrected and to some this implies that Sony did a back flip , rather than it was simply incorrect advice coming from someone not connected with PS+ policy .

well than let me be the first to officially inform you:

[Necros thread] -> Can't understand point of thread. Makes new one.

[Answers question] -> Claims point was missed.

[Askes question about how being misleading is beneficial to consumer] -> Question was deflected.

Is it really that hard?

"As a result, we have adjusted the PlayStation Plus terms for DRIVECLUB."
