Also, the point of bumping this thread was to show how people are defending Sony's mistake here exactly like they did in this thread a couple months ago.

So if I've got this straight someone asks a drive club rep about the terms and conditions of the ps+ upgrade and then instead of verifying it with Sony themselves , makes an issue out of it.
Then it is corrected and to some this implies that Sony did a back flip , rather than it was simply incorrect advice coming from someone not connected with PS+ policy .
