Really? No i mean really, no sarcasm. WiiU barely gets games but vita has wat thats first party? I can think of about 8-10 games off the top of my head? Unless your counting remakes/ports as well!

Yes, compare 2014 Vita to 2014 WIi U, pretty much the same in term of first party

lol true that, wiiu has i think 2games that are 1st party only(2014). Well at least MK8 will be big, the first 2 (DK+NESremix) sold very low.

Much of that depends on secondary and tertiary markets. I think it will be close when all is done in coming years (PS3 and Wii within 2 million of each other).

Thing is; those markets are gravitating heavily towards other forms of gaming, browser, social games and tablets/mobile will prevent any big numbers from these markets as other forms will be both cheaper and more easily available and convenient.

Why would you wait for the MK8 Bundle? The other bundles are much cheaper and better value.


Lets compare with WWHD bundle:

300$ and you get wii U + gamepad + WWDH digital.

MK8 bundle: 330$ + gamepad + WWHD digital + MK8 + mario wiimote+ + wii wheel.

So, it is WWHD bundle, but you also get MK8, wiimote+ and wii wheel for 30$.

Regardless of your views of the reasons for third party support, I think it's categorically wrong to say that SCEJ haven't done anything for the system.  And even more wrong to say that what they're doing is on par with SCEA and SCEE.  It's much, much more.  SCEA have barely even announced that the slim is releasing, let alone advertised it.  They've just released 3 games for Vita and all 3 of them were ports.


Well I was wrong on saying that SCEJ didn't do much, but I never said that they do as little as the other two. I was trying to say that SCEJ didn't really do that much, but I guess I was sorta wrong. I don't think porting is really a big advantage, that does really hover from person to person 

In terms of 1st party content I don't really know what they have in store except for FW, SSD earlier this year and nothing else. I don't know if tournaments really matter all that much in the end when it comes to having healthy support/life.

But even so, PS4 numbers are already close enough to PS3 numbers there... that's ridiculous. Oh i didnt know the american prices, in germany you can get the wind waker hd bundle for 249€ and the MK8 Bundle for 299€.

The MK8 bundle only comes with MK8 in germany.

I'm only really a spectator here but it seems to me that it's you that's not getting it. You keep saying that people are butt hurt because the numbers don't suit them but what I'm seeing is people who are right to question the numbers and are proven right over and over again. Your stance just doesn't seem to make sense ... sorry.
