Much of that depends on secondary and tertiary markets. I think it will be close when all is done in coming years (PS3 and Wii within 2 million of each other).

Thing is; those markets are gravitating heavily towards other forms of gaming, browser, social games and tablets/mobile will prevent any big numbers from these markets as other forms will be both cheaper and more easily available and convenient.
