I don't know about all that. Unity will still most likely have exclusive content for Playstation only, I just think Ubi is trying to spread the love a little bit with MS.

From the comments to the picture, it appears that what they're talking about are the icon's for different powers in The Witcher 3.  It's nothing to do with the console it's on.
