Probably not! The 3ds will sell well and then the 4ds will come out and only then will the ps4

I say yes. I can't see the 3DS being discontinued before 2018, by which time the ps4 would probably surpassed it (3DS 70m, PS4: 70-80m)

Depends on the region, and when Nintendo discontinues the 3DS. I'm guessing they won't do that until 2017 or 2018. Given the 3ds's recent sales, I'd say there's real possibility that thd PS4 overtakes it in EU and NA in that time. In Japan? Never. Not if Nintendo discontinued it today. WW is one gigantic maybe in my book.

Also, lol at the 3ds already passing it's peak this year. I didn't realise Christmas was in January. *snicker*

It could in the last year of 3DS' life, I expect 3DS to be discontinued in 2018, it will sell between 70-90 million.

Here is what I expect PS4 to sell like over the next years
LTD at end of the year:
2014: 18 million
2015: 33 million
2016: 49 million
2017: 64 million
2018: 77 million
2019: 87 million
