Well, i will just leave you with a few points here.

1. Microsofts parity clause is only with the id@xbox program. Since this isnt any indy game, it doesnt apply.

2. The parity clause is only about timing, not graphics and what not.

3. Benv has already said this is bs...

Spiderman isnt the first game, so its not like our worries are unfounded. Microsoft is generally good at squashing bad press.

Screentearing is horrible.. and does Spidey clips throught the walls?

Maybe Activision is testing the water for download only first month releases.. and then with retail releases a month or 2 later..

Man, does this look bad...

But seriously, it has to be canceled... What's with all the worrying, "just the beginning", the foreshadowing STAGE told us about in his usual MS rants? And this is only the start!

I am now really worried how people who were worried before react now since this master-piece of video game art still is on Xbone...
