I agree with that, but Microsoft sure has had a slow start in comparison, due to mistakes last year and at the end of the generation.

They are now in the position the PS3 was last cycle. An uphill battle for them. If they manage to turn it around as well as Sony did with the PS3, the gamers will win. If not... well... i guess they will try to rush another generation in... wich isnt good for the consumer.

ehh I don't think its that big of an uphill battle, and honestly I don't think hype for the ps4 and xone has died down all that much yet... probably won't until after this next holiday season. I think we will see the big 3 evening out a little bit more in the future.

But seriously, the more PS4 wins, the more likely Nintendo and MS will "flip the board" and start new gens and leave Sony b3hind/cut PS4 legs short. Thought last gen lasted too long? lol won't be the case this gen if Sony keeps gaining marketshare at both competitors expense.

I just dont see sony slowing down, especially in the financial situation they are in. Its upto MS and nintendo to catch up. Bailing early would just make them do even worse the generation after since customers would keep that in mind.
