Wii U because it has its's biggest games Mario Kart and Smash Bros on the horizon. Unfortunately Vita doesn't have any games that will really spike interest in people that don't already have it. Unless Sony has a some big announcements up its sleeve for E3 I don't expect much of a boost in Vita sales.

im gonna say vita just to take the risk it has somethings to look forward to just recently it got the ability to play ps1 and psp games it might get bundled with PS4 and the slim model is releasing soon in NA, as its almost certain that the WiiU will get it but in the end i believe they'll both be with in a few 100k of each other
