I know what sarcasm is, and I know the different means by which it is implemented, depending on the situation. And your post falls under the ".....when they are called out about it, will typically defend themselves by saying, “I was just kidding.” Somehow this “just kidding” remark is designed to soften the blow to the target of the joke, but isn't it really just an attempt to get the jokester off the hook?"

Thought maybe because Sony has the movie rights (do they?) and have maybe also something to say about the game licence but then it wouldn't be on 360. Really odd and no clue what it could be.

I'd really like to know what the reason for that was, not that this is really going to matter to many people, but I assume there could be an interesting story behind this.
