I'd prefer the 32gb version (which is what I got) but if you don't mind getting an external hard drive (any will do), then 8gb is fine.

Depends on if you play to download many games or not. No installs here :)

Save your money and get the smaller wii version. Unless you plan on getting a ton of digital games....then just get a new memory card or something.


i will just let my friend know hes the manager at another bestbuy in my area, but the target deal is too good to pass up 300$ 2 free games, and a 50$ gift card as soon as i told my wife she said buy it. and whats even better is im happy to hear i can transfer my games i bought on the wii digitally over to WiiU wish the ps3 and ps4 worked that way lol.  so now i can sell the Wii or trade it in at gamestop for The Last of Us ps4 being i missed it on the ps3 lol.  all is well in my kingdom

As everyone has said the guy in Best Buy doesn't have a clue.

Last I heard you can get a refurbished 32GB model with Nintendoland and a year's warranty for $200 so that might be worth looking at. The extra space sensor bar, Gamepad stand, charging cradle and 10% of eShop purchases makes it worth getting over the Basic model imo.

I've seen the 32gb bundle fro 250 new in Gamestop. It also comes with the Mario U game + The DLC so that's pretty good :D

It depends on what you like to play. if you're looking for another Wii U game, the best Wii U game so far is Pikmin 3. (IMO) 

You also said that you have a PS4 so any games you want for that system? Many choices are available.
