Its apart of a genre the critics have been bored of for years.

It has over 100K pre-orders in the US and I believe it'll do well over time.

idk man if amazon is any indication this game may be a flop, unless it gets bundled.

I agree the casual audience has declined.

However, the Kinect Sports IP has achieved great sales. It makes perfect sense to atleast attempt another release. Over time this could be another multi million seller.

Amazon... probably not the best way to determine interest in a casual game.

Also, sales will be more impressive over time. Expect a modest launch. Past Kinect Sports games launched during the holidy, this game missed that window.

Reviews don't matter for a game like this. What we're looking for is sales.
But yeah, I don't expect it to perform very well either.

Well I know it doesn't show the whole picture but I just don't see the game selling well. What do you expect it to do lifetime?

I totally disagree.  As a gamer, Kinect fills a void where only I appreciated gaming.  Kinect adds an element where the whole household can enjoy themselves.  Pulling out Titanfall to play at a party is not as much fun for everyone else as pulling out Kinect sports.  

I believe with current games is that developers are still trying to convert gamepad type games to play with Kinect.  Instead games need to be made totally with Kinect in mind that differ from traditional games and maybe even gaming concepts.  Anyway the year is young so who knows what a few years might bring.  Hell, VR might be the next thing and with kinect its a easy marriage.

I imagine it'll do pretty good because it looks fun and its an excuse to take advantage of the Kinect.

I'm anticipating life time sales over 2 million. I'd be amazed if it achieved 3-4 million.
