Probably not, it's just a little disappointing that it's not being well-recieved, it was supposed to be the game that demonstrated the power of Kinect (which it mostly does, but people may not buy it if the game dosen't look good)

I totally disagree.  As a gamer, Kinect fills a void where only I appreciated gaming.  Kinect adds an element where the whole household can enjoy themselves.  Pulling out Titanfall to play at a party is not as much fun for everyone else as pulling out Kinect sports.  

I believe with current games is that developers are still trying to convert gamepad type games to play with Kinect.  Instead games need to be made totally with Kinect in mind that differ from traditional games and maybe even gaming concepts.  Anyway the year is young so who knows what a few years might bring.  Hell, VR might be the next thing and with kinect its a easy marriage.
