Yup. I would love to see a 1080 game for the WiiU, too! The snow effects would simply be superb! Sadly, those games aren't happening anytime soon! T_T

How about one game with the best of the air, snow, ocean, and maybe more? It can be called Xtreme Sports 2.

Honestly, the graphical feats of a Wave Race U at launch might have helped move units. Especially if the weather effects were controllable before races on every track.
I'd kill for a sequel to Wave Race 64 done right. Actually, I'd kill for "good" sequels to a lot of N64 games (that the attempted Gamecube sequels repeatedly disappointed me on).
Upcoming Games To Get
Definite: Kirby Star Allies (Switch), Mario Tennis Aces (Switch), Fire Emblem (Switch), Yoshi (Switch), Pokemon (Switch), Kingdom Hearts 3 (PS4), Monster Hunter World (PS4)
Considering: Fe (Switch), Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze (Switch), The World Ends With You (Switch), Ys VIII (Switch), Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition (PS4), Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Remix (PS4), The Last Guardian (PS4), Shadow of the Colossus HD (PS4), Anthem (PS4), Shenmue 3 (PS4), WiLD (PS4)
Pilotwings for me. I loved Pilotwings 64 an amazing game.
Seems like a game that could really work well with the gamepad too.
They could combine the features of pilotwings 64 with wing island and propeller arena and do a cartoon flight and dogfighting game with lots of extra levels like the original pilotwings 64. You could have online dogfighting with mario, yoshi etc all in their own biplanes. Stunt levels, open world flying, jetpacs, gliders, rocketsuits, gyrocopters. Perhaps even airships, jumbos and balloons. There seems massive scope for a really fun game.
I'd much prefer something like that over 1080 or waverace especially as my memory of waverace on the gamecube was a horrible game that didn't control anything like the brilliant feel of waverace 64.
