It's definitely going to be a good E3 for gamers. I really hope Nintendo brings their A game as well, none of that Nintendo Direct nonsense from last E3, they need a real press conference, some good game announcements, and with any lucky a price drop announcement. Zelda U is a must, and please Nintendo, be smart and announce a proper Pokemon RPG for Wii U, use one of your biggest franchises to save your struggling console.

If Nintendo cuts the Wii U price to $199, that will definitely boost sales. They need to realize right now that they are in a dire position, and that a price drop is one thing that can save the console. Yes, Iwata said that they will lower it by 2015, but if things aren't looking good by the 2nd or 3rd quarter, they need to take drastic measures so it does well by the holidays.

Microsoft usually goes first, people have other events to see during the day, so they might be restricted on time. Plus it's usually a bit of a distance from the other events and convention center.

Also I've heard the cut Don and Mark to save time



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Why not? Spending money to succeed worked for Sony until they ran out of money.

And I agree, Sony will put out a lot of games that get a lot of hype then meh reviews and poor sales as the fanbase who spent months hyping the games and using them in list wars somehow forget to go out and buy them.

If last gen was any indication anyway.

pretty sure Sony is not outperforming MS right now... 2 million more unit sold with 30 nor countries (yeah I know you can find XBox imports in most of those countries) the difference is MS does finance the shipment and does invest yet in marketing in those extra market we are talking millions of dollars saved... Then attach rate for MS is quite decent on their own IP or published one.. So more money... Finally we don't have the numbers but I'm pretty sure XBL still dominates PS+... And MS gets ad revenue to finish the loop

so yeah right now with only 2milliins Sony might be first in unit sold maybe in revenue but I would certainly not bet they are winning in profit margin which the game is all about when it comes to companies....

Yeah i'm hoping monolith soft end up developing A pokemon RPG for WII U, I think they would be the best nintendo studio for the job.

Those are all second party partners. All are in line to become first party eventually. Well Insomniac wasn't up to snuff, but Microsoft was STILL oh so happy to have a Sony affiliated developer making a game for them weren't they? Even Microsofts actions show the quality Sony offers.

Just like when Sony got all hyped for Destiny that they passed the game at their presentation to be an exclusive right?

Microsoft trains people well.
