LR has the best battle system of the whole franchise imo With the exception of maybe X-2 (Which they also did), (Which is too easy except for via infinito to really take advantage of it). 

I'd splits the team and get them to work on two new IPs with much lower budgets and see what they can come up with. If they're no good then can them early and break up the team by re-purposing the staff whilst keeping their managers away from big projects.

Well, Different Directors and magement is what FF needs.I think that Nomura will do a good job with FF XV though.
