After the way he handled some of the backlash of the X1's reveal I wouldn't put him in charge of convincing people they need to breath air to live, everyone would protest and choke to death instead.

This is an odd statement to make tho, A few people here saying that to say they wanna be honest and upfront now means they were lying before, I don't really think so. Remember when gaming journalists last year at E3 asked Major N if the X1 new game sharing system and family system was going to be something like Steam and offer deals like steam does and Herb seemed to be very keen to not appear to be trying to follow in steams footsteps. I always think if at this point in time he just turned around and said "yup" rather than fight the similaritys... gamers love how steam works, being similiar to it isn't a bad thing.

I kept myself that it will change (at that time). But they were really really arrogant. Plus don mattricks comments were really insulting. I was thinking to get next xbox to get first. PS4 later. But the scar hasnt healed yet.

It's that third console curse. I don't know why it brings out the arrogance. Sony was arrogant with the PS3 and Microsoft with the Xbox One. No hard feelings as long as they never, ever, even think of imposing any kind of restrictive DRM on the consumer. No more parity clauses and paying for patches would be lovely.
