And I said most decent games on PS3/4 don't have local multiplayer, they mostly rely on online multiplayer or singleplayer. Which is true. So yes, it matter if the game is of good quality and not just some mediocre game. I hope you're not paying $570 to play some mediocre games.
I think it's safe to say that most people that are buying a PS4 this early can be considered Sony fans. Wii is a different story. N64 and GC sold way less than the Wii, so yes the Wii sold to more than just fans because of the fad of motion control and Wii Sports. PS1 and PS2 had big userbases(so did PS3, eventually).

For the same reason the Titanfall game and bundle are both in the top 10.
Apparently a Legend of Zelda OoT 3DS game that you cannot buy on the website is the most popular item on the website.

PS Plus costs $70 a year? Why do you even need to pay extra to get online lol? I said decent games by the way. FIFA is just a yearly rehash that blind football fans buy every year even though there's barely any changes. Why can't you use the PS3 controllers for the PS4 anyway? Sony fans take a lot of shit from Sony, but they don't seem to mind. Good for Sony I guess. I stil remember when every Sony fan mocked the thought of having to pay for online support. It's just my personal opinion of course, but I don't think a bundle like that is worth $570. Not right now anyway, PS4 doesn't have any worthwile exclusives yet(Infamous being the first one when it releases soon, but is that really enough?) Thanks for the compliment, everyone knows salt improves everything greatly. |
$400 for the PS4 + $60 for the extra controller + $50 for 1 year of PSplus + $60 for Infamous
I don't care why you have to pay for multiplayer, fact is you have to (not for mmos and free-to-play online games I think, though).
Fifa is decent, it's pretty damn good actually, I don't like the yearly $60 release either and wouldn't buy it every year, but that doesn't change that it's a very good sports game, you not liking it doesn't change that either btw.
Because the PS3 controller is missing features of the DS4, also how infuriating would it be to have to use the DS3 against someone using the vastly superior DS4?
People obviously think that it's worth it, you're entitled to your opinion of course, doesn't mean that anyone that doesn't share it is a blind Sony fan.

I saw the edit. PS+ subscriptions aren't that many as they only started to rise after the PS4 launch.
The number 2 Titanfall means it's not selling hardware as much as people thought it'll do. That's what I'm thinking even at that price, Xbox one isn't selling and that Titanfall is only selling to people who already owned an Xbox One.
Popularity=/=Best-Selling though.

So your opinion is fact now? Got it. Because I played Knack and Rayman with my wife since critics opinion of knack was mediocre and rayman wasnt exclusive than I shouldnt have enjoyed them with my wife. Do you realize how asinine your comment was yet?

Obviously many people think it's worth it, that's the reason why I made the post the way I did!
Haven't played the DS4 yet, but what's so vastly different that you can't use the DS3 on the PS4?
For example on my Wii U I'm very grateful that I can still use my Wii motion controllers because there are many local multiplayer games. I don't want to spend €100 on just controllers. And the Wii mote is vastly different to the Gamepad(which I actually like as a controller, though it needs games developed specifically for it)

Somebody obviously hasn't played Gears if they think its a MILITARY FIRST PERSON SHOOTER.
