Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Why Isn't The Gaming Media Obsessed With The One Being 'd00med'..?

We've got the PS4 flying off shelves with an installed userbase of 5.8m, the Wii U with Mario Kart 8 on the horizon with an installed userbase of 5.8m and the Xbox One doing okay in the States and being a flop in Europe with 3.5m.

We've got Infamous coming up for the PS4 but tbh it doesn't need a hardware sales boost, Mario Kart 8 for the Wii U which should shift a shitload of units and Titanfall for the Xbox One which should shift a few units.

It won't be long before the PS4 has twice the installed userbase of the One and if Mario Kart shifts more units than Titanfall we could end up seeing the Wii U having twice the installed userbase sooner rather than later too.

Perhaps it's not as fashionable to ring the death knell for anything other than the Wii U..?

titanfall

EDIT: will save it

”The environment where PlayStation wins is best for this industry” (Jack Tretton, 2009)

Don't attempt to mock the chosen One.

They don't use the numbers we do. They saw 3 million end of year and a poor NPD. With just those facts it'd be hard to know XBONE isn't doing too hot.

Also Titanfall. I think if q1 results are bad we'll start seeing doom articles.

Because the Xbox One will sell much more than 4 million in a year -_- unlike Wii U

Cause WiiU exists, Xbox division posted a profit for 2013 quarter, and Titanfall will boost sales.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Ironically some sites are doing XBO is doomed articles at the very same time they are doing TitanFall is 10/10 XBO magic... so there is a miscommunication in that somewhere :)

Making an indie game : Dead of Day!

Because it isnt doomed...

It's only been out for 3 months for starters.

Because outside VGChartz

OT: It´s not doomed. its doing better than the 360 and PS3, and everybody know that by know the only real problem is the price. There is no shadow of a 3RL and Microsoft can swallow without a blink.
