26 posts since 07? Hmm, good. |
I don't really post much. I don't know what calling out the number of post I've made since 2007 is suppose to mean. I would just come here just to look at sales. When wii was selling well this place was completely different. A haven for Nintendo fans bashing sony and Microsoft. All screaming Nintendo domination like some war was going on lol. If you cannot see that it was a fluke oh well. Nintendo did this to themselves with the kiddy approach. They could've made a better effort to get 3rd parties and still made their great 1st party titles. As long as companies have sony and Microsoft they won't car about Nintendo. Just the truth

Seece is an Xbox fan
| Seece said: Except, that isn't remotely true. I've called out overall overtracking in the UK (including 360) and overtracking of 360 in the US. I already told you my stance, you literally got nothing on me you just don't like this thread. |
Suuure... that's why, when there was NPD numbers showing Wii U selling more per week in the US in January, but having a lower total according to NPD purely due to week-count, compared with 2013, and I pointed out the issue, you completely rejected my point and asserted that you were still right. And why, on the first page of the list of your threads right now (as listed on your profile), 10 of the 20 on the list are threads specifically intended to talk Nintendo systems DOWN, and only one of those even raised the Xbox One's performance... and even in that one, it's a stealth anti-Nintendo pro-MS thread.
You say "that isn't remotely true", and then provide an argument based on the idea that you've called out MS system overtracking in the past... which doesn't in any way affect my point that you always take VGChartz Wii U numbers as overtracked and inaccurate when the numbers contradict your argument, and then take them to be gospel truth when they support your argument.
You have two choices - you can consider recent VGChartz numbers to be of decent accuracy, in which case you forfeit the right to proclaim NPD as absolute fact when the numbers suit your argument, or you can consider recent VGChartz numbers to be questionable, in which case the most recent weeks must also be taken as questionable - and in this case, you don't get to claim Wii U overtracked and PS4 or XBO undertracked.

Again, you're wrong, I pointed that out in my OP before you even clicked on that thread. The fact of the matter is though for all concerned it is counted as being down YOY because the sheer amount of units is lower, you couldn't accept that, your problem not mine.
What has what threads I make got to do with anything? What are you trying to say with this exactly? (What has this got to do with this thread?)
I don't have to do either of what you say. Who said I said XBO was undertracked as well? If anything I've said it's overtracked. Your argument is petty and weak, and like I said you just don't like the thread. That doesn't mean you can come spam/shit up threads, you've been banned for this before no?

So basically, you have no actual response to my point that you accept VGChartz numbers when it suits you, and reject them when it suits you, and that in this thread, you're not even using VGChartz numbers, you're using VGChartz numbers that you predict based on the previous week, operating on the premise that neither will see any change (this, despite the fact that PS4 was down 19% from the week before (and that was 13% down on the week before that), and Wii U was up 14% - not to mention that DKC:TF released on Wii U in the "predicted" week in the US and Europe).
Simply put, I have two criticisms of this thread:
1. It's too early to post this, given that we don't even have VGChartz numbers for the week in question.
2. That your use of VGChartz numbers to justify your argument contradicts your assertions in other threads. The fact that those threads aren't the exact same topic is irrelevant, since the issue itself is relevant - either you accept VGChartz numbers, or you don't. If you do, then you have to withdraw the claim that Wii U is overtracked. If you don't, then you don't get to use VGChartz numbers (let alone presumed VGChartz numbers) to proclaim that PS4 has overtaken Wii U worldwide this week.

Yes, I do, I already explained it in my first post. If there is logical reason for me to doubt a figure I will, be it WiiU, 360, whatever. If there isn't then I will use VGC figures as an estimate. It's not rocket science.
1. We don't need them, it's a done deal
2. See above. You really should be getting it by now. I accept VGC as long as there isn't a better alternative or they're quite obviously wrong. What I use, accept, believe ect is none of your business anyway, so get over it.

There is a war going on. It's like The Hobbit. Battle of the Five Armies--Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, PC, and Applebee's.
Why Applebee's decided to get involved is beyond me. Their appetizer sampler is awesome, though.
