Nintendo is the only one who has a shot at getting a perfect score; most likely from Zelda.

But that's not multiplatform.

Actually OoT is the highest rated video game of all-time on Metacritic. It has a 99 score. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, GTA IV and SoulCalibur are next with 98.

Yes, I realize OoT is at 99% but there have been many games this generation with 100% scores after 22 reviews. My point is, there are many franchises that could potentially get 100%.
