Well, they will never get tired of shooting each other. But turn-based-RPGs seems to be more popular with game-makers recently. For some time it seemed only Atlus creates them still, but now we als get BD and soon Child of Light and probably some other stuff. This won't sell multiple millions, but it should be enough to profit and justify further games.

Huh, that's all? We europeans got a useless figurine of Agnes on top of that. (Well, I assume the Zelda 3DS wasn't included in the CE of Bravely Default).

I wish we would have gotten that one too, the fugure is hideous and inflated the price.

The CE is 50$ in america, our was 90-100€

Only 50$? Wow, that's good. And yes, I have no use for the figure either. The other stuff in the Special edition is cool though, so the americans have it better. But I still bought the Special edition, because I wanted to signal to Square, that we rally want such games! Hope the signal was strong enough, so they bring over the sequel.

Well it's not surprising, it's an excellent game which I love but have yet to finish (50 hours in). As Basil says, the OST is excellent, particularly "Day World Map Theme" and "Storyline Boss Battle" (which the six dragons use for some reason as well, how I hate them).

The same for me, I hope the (apperent) success of Bravely Default and FF X HD forces SE to reconsider their stance on smartphone vs. handheld output.

I honestly don´t regret my purchase, yes the figure is ugly, but the giant box alone is worth it for me :P

I can only talk about the european CE, but they are quite similar.

There are a bunch of play cards (very high quality), a nice but small artbook (ours was hardcover, the american one is softcover) ...again, high quality and a nice CD with ~12 tracks. The atrocious figure isn´t in there, you dodged a bulltet.

It is a steal for 50 / 60 $, highly recommended !

These "play cards" are used to trigger that AR-movie feature from the menu. Hence they are called AR-cards.

The yearly list is for the year to that point.  So it became the 12th best selling game of all of 2014 in just a day.

But, you know, you have to keep it real and balance the force and all that.  Can't have any positive in here without the negative for Nintendo.   VGC law now.
