Anyways, that really sucks. =/ I would at least demand a discount on the regular edition.

Wishful thinking but can't wait for the mainstream to get tired of shooting each other and move on to the next thing so us real gamers can have our hobby back.

Anyways, I instantly asked for a total refund (Paid in cash). They tried to get me to accept store credit but I let them know how I felt. Told them to let me know why they deserved my money for a reg. edition when they already neglected the sale of my CE edition.

I am going to be checking Walmart and other stores tomorrow to hope and get lucky. If not, I will order the reg. edition on Amazon since I have Prime, so I get free 2-day shipping.

Came close to caving in and buying it on the eShop tonight too, but I actually like to "own" my games, so I decided against it.

Still pissed though. I have my (20) "friends" ready to build up my town. (THANK YOU demo glitch!)

Damn dude, good luck! Hope you can find a spare copy somewhere. Check Target because I remember them having a couple extra Limited Editions sometimes, although that might just be my local Target. Anyways, never go to that Gamestop anymore. They don't deserve your business. If they screw up once like that, then I never go back. Accept store credit?! The nerve of some people....

Yeah I hear ya, but I also do lots of trade ins and have racked up tons of point with my rewards card. Ended up saving me $50 on my PS4, then on top of that they had a short term promotion where any trade in towards a PS4 gave an additional 30% value. I saved a total of almost $150 on my PS4 with it.

They are alright if you wait until the good deals hit.

I didn't even know about the collector's edition until yesterday. It seems cool, but I'm still going to with the eShop version.

I bought the CE today! I was about to buy the normal edition, but out of the blue the CE came back available again after being sold out for the last few days or so... I simply could not let it go!

Still not in the Top 25 best selling game in 2014 on Amazon and no big games has been released yet :(
