Shit game? Sure. But graphical it was so far ahead of absolutely everything else in the industry it wasn't even funny, including PC games. Nearly everyone, including myself, didn't actually believe what we were seeing was real gameplay until the game was actually out. While the Order will probably be fun, the truth is the level of hype for the game is practically non-existent in comparison. The core is absolutely sick and tired of shooters at this point, and the graphics we've seen so far aren't even necessarily as good as what we've already seen from Killzone. A launch title


Sick of shooters?? Sales don't show that nor does the hype for destiny or titanfall.

The sales are primarily coming from casuals at this point, the CoD crowd. That's why I specifically went out of my way to say "core".

Destiny is an exception entirely because of the developer behind it, and Titanfall... Well, that hype feels a little artificial and media driven, don't you think?

I love the idea of this game and hopefully it will be very successful both in sales and in reviews. However, I have trouble seeing it selling as much as Gears did.
