LoZ: Wind Waker, Dragon Quest: Journey of the Cursed King, Okami, Ni No Kuni. I say these types of games in particular because cel shaded games age EXTREMELY well compared to games that try looking realistic. Realistic games look good for 5-7yrs and then look like crap later on, which is not to say they dont look good now and many choices people pick are good, but the age of those games will show in coming years

Nonthing looks better then Skyrim modded but the art style of Wind Waker is still unmatched today. Its the only game that did cell shading right imo.
