A rebrand/redesign can possibly change the obscure percdeption of The U. I would show a redesigned console concept as well, but thats alot harder to find...

They should have gone with HDD instead of SSD. SSD is faster and more efficient, but far more expensive than HDD.

At this point I don't see anything changing the fortunes of the WiiU. The original Wii showed the majority of 3rd party publishers that there is no money to be made on Nintendo home consoles. Now they are the only odd man out on hardware, and they have failed to create a user base or sales to justify further support for the console.

I think a re-branding and price cut is a necessity to continue sales of 40 - 50K a week the rest of the year. Both Sony and Microsoft are going to drop bombs at E3, and Nintendo just does not have the resources to compete.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

Get rid of the tablet controller
Price it at $199
Make a new Metroid

Then I'll buy a WiiU.

I think the gamepad would work well on a new Metroid.

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

Smash + redesign + price drop would make me go for one

The Wii U memory is SSD!? Thats so retarded... Especially since you can make and mass produce HDD memory in the 500GBs for dirt cheap. And I always wondered why the internal memory was so small.

Why does Nintendo always do this shit. -.-

Wii U Lite: A smaller, more ergonomic Gamepad, a more distinct (from Wii) console appearance and new packaging. Sell it for $249 bundled with all 5 Wii Sports Club games and and a Wii Remote+. Market the hell out of it as Wii 2.

I do agree with a WiiU Lite type redesign, but they should just drop the Wii from WiiU and emphasize U and just call it The U or NU (Nintendo U).
