Dude, I'm talking about the Cleveland area.  And yes you can find them in stores too, and yes, xbox too.  If it's any consolation people are selling Xboxes slightly used at or BELOW cost - not sure if that helps you feel better.  I just don't think either system is that hard to find.  Maybe not EASY, but certainly not that hard with a little effort, some phone calls before you drive out, etc.

Maybe it's different in Cleveland but I've still yet to see a store around here with PS4s. I also suggest checking online, lets run down the list shall we?

Still seems pretty tough to find to me.

$20 discount too, off MSRP.  This is actually a nice bundle for only $500, since Killzone is pretty much the main exclusive right now.   You have to pay 5% if you are a non member, but that simply negates your discount.   Many states have NO TAX too!  In all seriousness, good deal if you really are looking for one.

True maybe.  You can sign up to deal forums where people post when things come into stock... with a little effort I bet you I could get a PS4 in hand by the weekend in my area, at cost. They have come into stock on Amazon and Staples, etc.  

 

I wonder if people are still buying them (either system) to resell in certain areas where they ARE hard to find.  Underserved markets.


oh i got mine already but i have friends and family who are having a hard time finding them in stock when they get off work and such, and yes amazon has gotten them in stock for preorder recently but that was done with in a day and the problem with online is alot of places are still trying to force bundles when they get em in stock.  Me personally im looking for a second one atm, want one for the mancave but i can wait till they are readily available for that.

PS4 is sold out at many places not because ultra high demand, but because of low supplies.

People are not lining up at every store waiting to buy one, nor the price at Ebay and others places has got any higher.

There has been no restock at Walmart, GameStop, BestBuy (online) in the last 3 weeks. Demand has been met in the USA, people are pacient and can wait for more weeks or months to buy one, otherwise the scalper prices would have gone higher, as was the case with the Wii in 2006-2007.

Still 10 bucks less than you would pay at Walmart (assuming you have 8% sales tax like we do here).   520*1.08=561

LMAO demand ahs nothign to do with it sure...the reason there is NO stock is because it sells out so fast.....Demand has not been met. Thats why you will see sales jump when stock arrives.

 

Ps4 has sold mroe the x1 in the US, yet is hard to find, x1's are on shelves everywhere.

that place didnt charge tax. im assuming its a state law for online retailers or something. Fact remains, you have to want KZ and an extra controller for that to be worth it

What difference does it really make? I mean XBO, PS4, and Wii U are all collecting dust since they all blew their load of "holiday" season game releases and since then just the odd Digital release here and there.

I imagine the XBO will have a significant surge at time of TitanFall release, and then pipe down again. I have no idea what to expect on PS4 side, but I imagine inFamous and Drive Club will each cause their own smaller blips of sales surge. I think most PS4 sales are on the strength of how awesome the system itself is for gaming, and not yet the library of games on it.
