Forums - Microsoft - Target sends back dozens of X1's

At my Target we don't have as many as you guys did but we haven't sold an Xbox One in days. I unless we sold one this morning then the last time we sold an Xbox One was Friday. On the flip side we have gotten two small shipments of PS4's in during that same time frame (only 2 boxes or 6 consoles each time) and all of them have been sold out that day.

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Its the opposite at my Target. PS4s are left in stock while Xbox Ones are being sold like crazy. I work there so I check every few hours and see the same arrangement of PS4s, but the Xbox Ones disappear. It helps that I hear that they have been sold on the walkie too.

That goes against everything everywhere else., including other targets.....find this hard to believe.

Are we really still having threads on this?  I thought these systems were both readily available at this point.  I've seen them numerous times in the Cleveland area.

?? No, Ps4 is still hard to find and in high demand...................... many places theya re impossible to get.

OK, I guess I'll take your word for it, but not so in the Cleveland area according to my experience.  People offloading them at cost (or 20 above) on Craigslist even.

A quick check with any stock checker..they a re still going for mroe on e-bay.  Maybe you saw a couple that's hardly relevant.

Craigslist? lol. because people arent willimg to be ripped off the ps4 is easily found?

Dude, I'm talking about the Cleveland area.  And yes you can find them in stores too, and yes, xbox too.  If it's any consolation people are selling Xboxes slightly used at or BELOW cost - not sure if that helps you feel better.  I just don't think either system is that hard to find.  Maybe not EASY, but certainly not that hard with a little effort, some phone calls before you drive out, etc.

you should aslo be banned for making shit up. Only on listed at420 and its not even new.

You talking to me kid?  And I'm not making anything up.  I know because I got stuck with 2 ps4s that I couldn't sell, until I lowered them to cost, myself.  Can't get much more first hand than that.

You should get banned for getting your panties in a twist and trying to call me out.  What do you think about that?

For what it's worth, I've seen ps4's for cost on craigslist where I'm at as well.  In fact, there is one up now for 400 with COD Ghosts.  Most of them are between 400-500 though.

it could be that people cant sell them cause theres not a killer game to say hey i should pay more for it on ebay/craigslist then just wait and get one when my store gets them, In jersey they are still hard to find in a store when the stores get them they are normally gone in a day.

True maybe.  You can sign up to deal forums where people post when things come into stock... with a little effort I bet you I could get a PS4 in hand by the weekend in my area, at cost. They have come into stock on Amazon and Staples, etc.

I wonder if people are still buying them (either system) to resell in certain areas where they ARE hard to find.  Underserved markets.

Maybe it's different in Cleveland but I've still yet to see a store around here with PS4s. I also suggest checking online, lets run down the list shall we?

Amazon: out

Best Buy: out

Walmart: out

Newegg: out

Gamestop: out

Still seems pretty tough to find to me.
