LMAO demand ahs nothign to do with it sure...the reason there is NO stock is because it sells out so fast.....Demand has not been met. Thats why you will see sales jump when stock arrives.

Demand x Supply is the first thing you lear in any economics class.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supply_and_demand

OK, can we continous?

If you now the science, you understand that when demand for a product exceeds the supply prices go up. People are not wiling to pay a extra to get the privileges of owning a PS4. This was a bad season for scalpers.

Retailers can´t exceed the MSRP but they can use "smart" treaks like bundling games and accessories to increase their profit margin.  http://www.gamestop.com/ps4/consoles/refurbished-playstation-4-remote-play-bundle/113553?utm_source=linkshare&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=deeplink&cid=afl_10000087&affID=77777&sourceID=MfQy8kfx.Gk-Ck_Ykgf2gU.lzvLOfjpYUQ

But they are nowere to be seen in the case of PS4, just because there is no PS4s to bundle in many parts of USA.

MS on the other hand clogged the american market and the situation for scalpers is even worst. And some retailers are having problems moving the extra stock, however, they have no choice, last gen software sales are dying faster than they expected.

But the overall situation is of no concern for MS as they should be more regreted for not make the launch in Tier 2 and 3 markets.

MS overshipped, Ps4 is still in high demand, period.

Dude, I'm talking about the Cleveland area.  And yes you can find them in stores too, and yes, xbox too.  If it's any consolation people are selling Xboxes slightly used at or BELOW cost - not sure if that helps you feel better.  I just don't think either system is that hard to find.  Maybe not EASY, but certainly not that hard with a little effort, some phone calls before you drive out, etc.

People are traveling over 30 miles to try to buy a PS4 in US.

I won't say it is hard because it is close to impossible right now... needs a lot of lucky.

PS4 is sold out at many places not because ultra high demand, but because of low supplies.

DAT low supply that outsold the competition.

Until NPD says otherwise PS4 1.1 = 1 XOne.

And what the hell with the "30min to buy a PS4"?? I Take 60min every day to go to work. And I will not even bother to ask you for any evidence.

Its the opposite at my Target. PS4s are left in stock while Xbox Ones are being sold like crazy. I work there so I check every few hours and see the same arrangement of PS4s, but the Xbox Ones disappear. It helps that I hear that they have been sold on the walkie too.

city and state please.

yo must have obnoxious electronics team members if they talk on the walkie fr irrelevant things such as selling something.

Not telling city, but in Oregon.

Lol you don't know how it works do you? Its letting our security know that it was sold legitly and not being stolen by someone. Spider wraps can easily be taken apart with time as well. Plus, people can always take the bags without paying.

Estelle and Adol... best characters ever! XD

That goes against everything everywhere else., including other targets.....find this hard to believe.

Of course you don't. Its pretty obvious why, but sorry to say, PS4 isn't selling as much as you want it to. :)
