Vita going strong! please keep it at that level :) now we need NA and Europe to keep it at that level too

Sooo...anyone want to explain why the Wii U sales for this year (14k) are below last years number (20k) despite new mario, new bundles, more games, etc etc? What is going to be the spin this time around....cold weather?

As I said last week, the Wii U set a very low bar for sales last year, doesnt have that high to jump.  

Wii U sales makes me happy because maybe now some of those, "wii u will sell gangbusters this year" will shut up.

Wii U sales makes me sad for the Wii U owners who werent saying that which probably make up 90% of them. For them, I will shed a tear.

That has been the continuing theme since Monster Hunter 4, new releases for the 3DS are not resulting in higher 3DS sales...that can't be good.

Ouch @ WiiU. I remember people saying it would do around 20k after the holiday bump and others calling them crazy... Oh well. It was good while it lasted.

Not sure how I feel about vita numbers. I guess not terrible at the moment? especially looking at 3ds.

Jesus, the wii u!! What a drop. It seems to be heading back to mid 2013 sales which were horrible.

I had thought that at this point Nintendo needed frequent games to maintain momentum on the system. Three months to DK:TF from SM3DW is pretty long. I also thought a MH game was being released last month. I probably got fed wrong info on that.

Wii U can have a sub 70k this week WW which is much less than I thought.

Steep drops all round, namely Wii U and Vita. I'd imagine their baseline will be around half of the current numbers, which isn't overly great.

I wouldn't view that as strong, and possibly not the new norm. Just like the Wii U will also go down a bit. 

Wii U and Vita dropping quite a bit! Is there nothing that can save them??
