I play on... Windows, Mac, PS3, PS4, XBox360, iOS, Android, Vita....it's not the platform that matters, its the games, and gamers play them where they can. No problem with having a preference. I prefer Sony, but i got an Xbox to play dead rising and alan wake... because they are games I want to play. Saying that Xbox users differences run deeper than people may think from that paragraph is the most stupid thing i have read in a while.

Your second line just opened a can of worms. Who are you to say how serious I am based on what I own? So only people with a lot of disposable income/time on their hands deserve such a title? If so, that sounds like a title I wouldn't be proud of.  What if say, some lead busy lives and only have the time and money dedicated for fun to be on one gaming device that caters to their interests the most? 360 had many of the past gens biggest games, so I could and was a serious gamer in the last several years.

Xbox 360 as a single console had it all: huge digital library, multiplats, Xbox exclsuives, but also the famous (or infamous) 360/PC games. This doesn't require me or others to buy a PC gaming rig. I can say I have had little desire to game elsewhere last gen because 360 covered all bases pretty well.

Now ask a gamer who prefers PS3, and you will find it rare that they just used a PS3. Huh.....look at that. You are a all-around gamer so you are not part of the mix.

It's great that you try and divert the conversation from your idiotic statement, but how do you know how serious that guy is who owns god forbid a PC *and* a PS3... What I am saying is that your statement was stupid. 

The Xbox360 console had it all for *you*and thats great, but to suggest some underlying theory about two brothers and that the XBOX360 is the gaming device of the world for Xbox users and they don't play on anything else but Xbox because its the ultimate platform...ya di da... is as I said idiotic.

Let me ask a gamer friend who owns a Xbox and an XboxOne... OMG he plays the Simpsons on his tablet.....  omg he also has a PC.. OMG your theory is wrecked. Seriously... sometimes your posts...

Last thing....was just strictly talking consoles/gaming PC. I have Ipad games, and I own a 3ds. I was just talking in terms of the games that only a console/gaming rig could handle. Nm.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Depends on if you are talking initial load times or general gameplay load times.

If its Play and Go load times, Sony I am afraid smashes the Xbox Load times. I cannot find any figures for once the game has installed though, so that may be indeed different.

Assassin's Creed IV:

Xbox One (offline, no update): 5 minutes 50 seconds

Xbox One (with update, fastest connection): 7 minutes 2 seconds

Xbox One (with update, 10Mbps connection): 10 minutes 32 seconds

PS4: 42 seconds

The rest of these were tested on our office Wi-Fi which is around 9-11Mbps. It may have been faster on a wired connection, but you can compare your own connection speed here. These are our results:

Need For Speed Rivals:

XBO: 09:25 (including update)

PS4: 00:32

Just Dance 2014:

XBO: 08:48 (including update)

PS4: 00:45

NBA Live 14:

XBO: 16:26 (including update)

PS4: 00:35

FIFA 14:

XBO: 16:06 (including update)

PS4: 00:34

Madden 25:

XBO: 9:38 (including update)

PS4: 00:38

woopie fucking do. Your brother has different tastes in gaming and you go all Dr Phil on us here saying how stupid he is lol.

On a side note I've had two PS3's fail on me. It is pot luck with launch consoles lol.

Oh Seriously.. you are just digging a deeper and deeper hole for yourself.

Could you give me an estimate on how many Xbox users don't have a PC and don't buy games on PC please?  I wonder if you could tell me how many people who own a PS3 don't or do own a PC, Mac or Linux box.... I *know*.. you dont have a clue.

You do know that the PC is in more homes than a console, ... let me give you some real stat's.

Worldwide PC shipments totalled 76 million units in the second quarter.

That is ONE QUARTER in ONE YEAR.

So I can say without much fear of being wrong, that a large proportion of Xbox and PS users probably have a PC, and that many probably play games on them because if you play games why not also play them on PC, Oh but what about time and money. Well games are cheaper on the PC so if people have issues with money and they have a PC they are probably already buying PC games off Steam or some other method.

... Shock Horror.

I think I see their plan here they gonna release a cheap gamepad like the Wii U (an altenrate to VITA). That shit runs on 5ghz, hence why you can't get 5ghz wifi with wii u. 

On a more serious note, perhaps reserved for the oculus rift?

2/3 (~66%) of people who own both consoles like the Xbox One better...  This could clearly be used to Microsoft's advantage.
