After the hype, sales should be around 100,000's-200,000's worldwide until key games are released.

I think the hype has already ended for the X1. Hype for PS4 will end shortly as Wii U gets games like DKC: TF and MK8.

Wii u with its exclusives could kill  alot of sales with average gamers looking to upgrade. I think it is funny how no onethinks wii fit u will impact sales in the USA the first only sold 20mil.

Hype should die around third week of January, but the sales will still be good till April, then the summer will hit and sales may fall once more.

and then hype will ramp up again due to e3 

it already killed a lot of sales... but for itself. not the ps4 and x1
