I think it will go down in us and eu... in 2-3 weeks.. ps4 will offcourse get a +400.000 bumb when it's out in japan.. 

An then the hype is over i think.. (and wii-u could start to sell more) 

I know.. that 40+ members on this side think otherwise.. but we still have to see  :)

Too many people are drunk off of launch hype and especially with ps4 they think its invincible but sales will go down when the hadcore have already made there purchases not 20k down but it wont sell a million a week for life!

I dont understand all the smart ass replies, its not like the op is saying sales are going to be bad, hes just asking when will sales stabilize and we start to see what the baseline sales are.

I think for Xbox One it will be in the next month or so since it doesnt seem to be having supply issues but for PS4 it may be a few months since there are shortages and Japan launch will give it a big boost.

A lot of those games are shooters or multiplats like: Destiny, The Division, TitanFall, Halo 5, and others. I love how half of those games are coming out on last gen systems too. Wii U has a game that is yet to release or released of every genre. 

There are too many people that think the ps4 is invincible on this site and that is why there are so many smart ass replies there too blind to see the ps4 is mortal and will lose some launch momentum!

The GameCube had a lot of good games "made Nintendo" and yet sales was not so great. They need to be supported by the third party to attract new buyers, this is why the number of potential buyers is much better for the PS4 and XB1.

I wouldnt look down on games just casue they are getting released on last gen consoles when WiiU is more like them then it is like Bone and Ps4.  Especially when your touting a old style side scroller like Dk

Titan fall, Drive Club, Infmous, Witcher 3 will surely be my nexy buys.  So FPS, Racing, Action adventure and Action RPG and half are exclusive.

In a way true, but then there are seriously delusional Ninty supporters that think magcally U will hold its own when all signs point to that it wont.

While PS4 is in as strong a place right now as any dominating console ever was, and U can do nothing to stop that. 

The original Xbox had great third party support with the best versions of multiplats, most powerful, best online, multimedia functions, reasonable price and big exclusives like Halo/Fable/KOTOR/Elder Scrolls/Doom/Gotham Racing yet it sold less than 25m.

360 fared much better because of the year head start and massive price advantage over PS3 in the first half of the gen and Kinect which revitalized 360 sales in the second half of the gen. It doesnt have those advantages over PS4 and the Kinect popularity has died down drastically.

The Xbox brand has definitely grown since the original Xbox but its very possible that One sales are much less than 360 and that Playstation retakes a large part of the hardcore crowd 360 was able to steal from PS2.
