Where is rayman legends? How did nobody on the Wii U buy it?

Sold best on Wii U compared to the other platforms

Nah PS3 has passed it now and 360 probably will soon too.

But yay for five million.

Ah k, sorry, didn't see that. Not particularly surprising though...I would HOPE it would sell better on systems with install bases of 80 million compared to one with 5 million. :p But thanks for the correction.

I don't know if there are many other Wii U owners in my position but I would have bought it if they released it in Feb, but never got round to it in the end after the delay.

So what would be a decent number for the U to be at in December 2014?

"Games are a trigger for adults to again become primitive, primal, as a way of thinking and remembering. An adult is a child who has more ethics and morals, that's all. When I am a child, creating, I am not creating a game. I am in the game. The game is not for children, it is for me. It is for an adult who still has a character of a child."

Shigeru Miyamoto

Let's hope the next 5M won't need two holiday seasons...
Well, not with MK8 and SSB.

Great. That is like 2 months of sales for 3DS?

I am sure someone will make a thread for the annual sales predictions for each console.

To answer your question I would say a decent number would be 15m but that does not reflect reality, that reflects what I think is a decent number.

I will wait for January's Nintendo Direct to see if they annonce what is definitely coming in 2014 before I give an educated prediction.

How did nobody buy it on any platform?

Anyway, congrats to WiiU, and I hope to see it's 10m thread soon.

The art style was cool looking but it had a more violent look to it. I like my 2-d sider scrollers to make me happy AND be asthetically pleasing, not just the latter. I play Nintendo games because they can cheer me up at times and make me feel relaxed (which is why I didn't buy Rayman Legends OR ZombieU). They may both be great games, but they arent'y really targeted towards the Nintendo faithful.

15 million.  Wii U seriously has to make up some ground, so less than 10 million in a year isn't ok.  With the way their lineup is now, I can see 6-7 million, so hopefully they have some good games to announce and some good ads.

Yeah, congrats. Great achievement.

I'd also like to use this opportunity to congratulate the Washington Redskins for their 2013 campaign. They won a few games.

Lol, ouch.

@ OP

Congrats Wii U.  Hopefully, the next 5M comes a little quicker.  I know I'll probably pick one up in a year or two.  Most likely when they are $149-$199.  I really want to play Lego City Undercover.  I'm sure my youngest son would like it, too.

Go Nintendo. Wii U is a great system, keep the games coming!!
