I disagree, since right now smartglass works very well, the Zune is very usable for entertainment, i liked that more than the iPod, more functionality for much lower price point.

It could, but i think it would be very close, they would in effect both use Arm Cortex for the chipset's, and Microsoft would most likely use Snapdragon, while Sony uses PowerVR, in that sense Sony is using the same GPU's that Apple is using in the iPad III's with higher clock rate.

So in effect, you would have App store developer's for Android, and Apple vs Windows phone development for development environment's for platforms.

but the port process would be easy, so it would once again come down to 1st party efforts really.

Sony have more studios then MS, yet the vita still has barely no support. It would do worse then the vita.

D4 is not first party. ( if i add vita  exclusive third party, it would be totally unfair to X1 )

And I'm not lying to myself with this no games thing, cause it's true (I did not say it in the first place, but anyhow). Five games you showed me, and one that's just rumour. Five games is not many games, and when three of said games are unknown to 99% of people playing games I don't see how you can say that the Vita has many games. Not saying they are bad, but they are irrelevant. Halo alone is bigger than all the games you mentioned. 

Oh, and the definition of first party game is: Of a video game, developed and published by company responsible for the platform on which it is released (or its internal developers), as opposed to third-party.

Edit: I would like to further add to this bet that games released only on online platformes is not allowed. Only retail games.
